I have had two sessions with Julia and my recognition has improved tremendously.  I have the speed to do this job, but I needed to achieve better recognition so I can get my real-time certification.  Julia explained how the Dragon dictionary works and that I needed to let Dragon do the voice recognition work and use my court reporting software to do the formatting.  Julia clearly explained how to clean up my court reporting software in order to allow Dragon to do its job.
